1. Service Overview

GleamDrivePlus offers a range of high-end exterior and interior car wash packages, detailing services, and premium protective treatments. All services are provided subject to availability and may vary based on vehicle type, condition, and selected package.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1 Reservations can be made online or by phone at +6589947938. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and selected digital wallets. Payment is required in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2.2 Prices are subject to change. GleamDrivePlus will honor the price confirmed at the time of booking.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

3.1 You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.

3.2 Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a fee up to 50% of the service price.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 If you are dissatisfied with our services, please notify us within 48 hours. We will evaluate the issue and may offer a complimentary re-service or a refund, at our discretion.

4.2 Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7 business days after approval. Processing times may vary by bank or payment provider.

4.3 In the event of a cancellation by GleamDrivePlus due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., inclement weather, equipment failure), you may choose a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost.

4.4 Refunds are not available for services rendered fully and to specification. Disputes will be addressed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

5. Liability and Disclaimer

5.1 While we exercise great care, GleamDrivePlus is not liable for pre-existing damage, mechanical failures, or hidden defects uncovered during cleaning.

5.2 Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the service. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.
